Puffy Skunk Tail (VRC)

Acts as a tail addition/replacement for any avatar after adding to the hips. Regarding avatars that come with tails some can simply have the tail bone scaled to zero while others might need blender work. But that stuff I will leave that up to the crafty avatar modders our there to figure out.
